What IBPS checks
IBPS application forms reject an upload that is the wrong size in kilobytes, which is the most common reason a form will not accept a phone photo: a phone picture is usually 2–5 MB, the form wants 20–50 KB. The tool crops your photo to 200 × 230 pixels and saves it at the highest quality that still fits the limit, then checks every rule before you download.
IBPS also asks for a live photo taken during the application with your webcam or phone, as well as the uploaded file. Use the same look in both: the same glasses or none, no cap or dark glasses, face clearly visible. The left thumb impression and the handwritten declaration are scanned the same way as the signature; resize them with Reduce image size in KB using the sizes in the table.
How to use it
- Choose your form; its sizes appear and can be changed.
- Add a clear phone photo of your face and drag it into the oval.
- Optionally make the background white, or add your name and date.
- Press Make photo, check the ticks and download. Do the same for the signature.
Frequently asked questions
What is the IBPS photo size?
200 × 230 pixels is the preferred size, as a JPG between 20 KB and 50 KB, on a light (preferably white) background.
What is the IBPS signature size?
140 × 60 pixels, JPG, between 10 KB and 20 KB. Sign in black ink on white paper, and not in capital letters.
My photo is only 12 KB. Will the form accept it?
No: under 20 KB is rejected as well. The tool raises a small file to the minimum without changing the picture, and shows a tick when it is inside the range.
Is my photo uploaded to Toololo?
No. Cropping, background and compression all run in your browser; the file never leaves your device.
