About PowerPoint to PDF
Send a presentation as a PDF and everyone sees it exactly as you made it, on any phone or computer, without PowerPoint. PDFs are also what schools, employers and conference portals usually ask for.
Each slide becomes one PDF page with its text, pictures, shapes and charts in place. Slide text stays real text you can search and copy. Unlike most Toololo tools this one cannot run in your browser, because laying out slides needs a full office suite: your file is converted by LibreOffice on our server in the EU and deleted the moment the PDF is sent back.
How to use it
- Choose or drop one or more PowerPoint files (PPTX, PPT, PPS or ODP).
- Press Convert to PDF.
- Wait a few seconds per file while it is converted.
- Download the PDF, or a ZIP for several files.
Good to know
- Fonts that are not common, such as a company font, may be replaced by a similar one. Embed the fonts in PowerPoint (File, Options, Save) for an exact match.
- Animations, transitions and videos cannot exist in a PDF; each slide is shown in its final state.
- Speaker notes are not included.
- Password-protected presentations must be opened and saved without the password first.
Questions
How do I convert a PowerPoint to PDF?
Add the PPTX or PPT file and press Convert to PDF. After a few seconds the PDF is ready to download, one page per slide.
Will my slides look the same?
Text, pictures, shapes, tables and charts keep their places. Uncommon fonts may be replaced by a similar font, which can shift text slightly.
Is my presentation stored?
No. It is sent over an encrypted connection to our server in the EU, converted and deleted straight away, normally within seconds. Nobody looks at it.
Can I convert several presentations at once?
Yes, up to 10 at a time, each up to 50 MB. They are converted one after another and can be downloaded as a ZIP.
