About Excel to PDF Converter
Turn a spreadsheet into a readable PDF table to share, print or attach, without the other person needing Excel.
Pick which sheets to include and set page size, orientation, font size, a header row and borders. The table is drawn as real text, so it stays sharp and searchable. Your file is not uploaded.
How to use it
- Choose or drop one or more Excel files (up to 25 MB each).
- Select the sheets you want.
- Set page size, orientation, font size and table style.
- Press Convert to PDF and download (several files come as a ZIP).
Good to know
- The PDF shows the cell values as a clean table. Excel’s own colours, merged cells, charts and formulas are not copied.
- Wide sheets fit better in Landscape with a smaller font size.
- Use Preview to check the data before converting.
Questions
Will my Excel formatting be kept?
The values are kept and laid out as a tidy table with your chosen header colour and borders. Cell colours, merged cells and charts are not.
Can I convert only one sheet?
Yes. Choose the sheets in Sheet Selection; unticked sheets are left out.
Does it work with CSV files?
For CSV, use CSV to PDF, which also detects the delimiter.
Is my spreadsheet uploaded?
No. It is read and converted in your browser.
