About Crop Image
Cut a photo down to what matters: remove the edges, frame a face, or make a picture square for a profile, 4:5 for Instagram or 16:9 for a banner.
Drag the crop box freely or lock it to a shape, rotate or flip the picture, and optionally type the exact output size in pixels. Save as JPG, PNG or WebP. Everything runs in your browser, so your photos are never uploaded.
How to use it
- Choose, drop or paste an image.
- Drag the crop box, or pick a shape such as 1:1 or 16:9.
- Rotate or flip if needed, and optionally type the output size.
- Press Crop and download.
Good to know
- Scroll or pinch on the picture to zoom in and crop more precisely.
- Passport 3.5×4.5 sets the usual passport photo shape. For official photo sizes with a KB limit, use Passport Size Photo.
- To make the whole image smaller without cropping, use Image Resizer.
- PNG keeps transparency; JPG fills transparent areas with white.
